The content of this Website is provided for general information about our services. Prices, budget bands, durations and specifications are indicative only and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. No contract for construction services arises until a written proposal has been signed by both you and Renova Nations Builders.

2. Estimates and proposals

• Initial consultations and written estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation.
• Written proposals remain valid for 30 calendar days from their date of issue unless stated otherwise, after which material and labour pricing may be re-verified.
• All construction work is performed under a separate written home improvement contract complying with California Business and Professions Code §7159. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that contract, the signed contract prevails.

3. Licensing

Renova Nations Builders performs work under California State License Board licence #1078342. Consumers may verify a contractor's licence, bond and complaint history at the CSLB, and may contact the CSLB regarding a complaint at 1-800-321-CSLB.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use this Website for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any connected system; introduce malicious code; scrape, harvest or automatically extract content at a volume that burdens our infrastructure; or reproduce substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, layout, graphics and the Renova Nations Builders name and logo are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by United States copyright and trade mark law. Project photographs depict work completed by our crews and are published with the permission of the relevant homeowners. You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use in evaluating our services.

6. Submissions through the estimate form

By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you are the property owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf. Our estimate form opens your own email client; messages are sent to our office inbox and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Communications consent

If you provide a telephone number, you consent to being contacted at that number about your enquiry, including by SMS where you have indicated it is a mobile number. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly.
