About Renova Nations Builders
A licensed Sacramento general contractor owned and operated by Daniel Jones since 2009.
Started on a job site, not in a boardroom
Daniel Jones spent fifteen years as a framer and finish carpenter across Sacramento County before registering Renova Nations Builders in 2009. He had seen the same pattern too many times: a homeowner signs a thin one-page estimate, the general contractor disappears to another job, and the project drifts three months and thirty per cent past what anybody agreed.
So the company was built around three commitments that have not changed in seventeen years: write the scope down in full, keep the trades in-house wherever possible, and put one accountable project manager on every site.
We are deliberately a mid-sized company. We run four to six projects at a time, not twenty. That ceiling is the reason our clients can reach Daniel directly, and the reason ninety-six per cent of our projects hand over on or before the contracted date.

Four principles we will not trade away
Price the whole job, not the easy part
Our estimates include demolition, disposal, permits, protection, engineering and the finish allowances you actually intend to buy. A low bid that omits half the work is not a bargain; it is a deferred invoice.
Keep the trades close
Framing, finish carpentry and tile are self-performed by our own employees. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC go to three licensed partner firms we have used for over a decade. Nobody unknown works in your home.
Respect the fact that people live here
Dust barriers, floor protection, a daily clean-down, a defined start and stop time, and a crew that does not play music through your living room. Standard, not an upgrade.
Put every decision in writing
Selections, allowances, change orders and schedule revisions are documented and countersigned. It protects you and it protects us, and it removes almost every argument before it happens.
