Who we are
One crew, one contract, one person who answers the phone.
Daniel Jones started this company in 2009 after fifteen years framing and finishing houses across Sacramento County. The idea was simple: stop handing homeowners a vague estimate and a rotating cast of subcontractors.
Today we run three in-house crews — framing, finish carpentry and tile — and a short list of licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC partners we have worked with for more than a decade. Every project gets a written scope of work, a fixed price, a published schedule and a single project manager who is on site daily.
